Thank you for choosing Baum Harmon Mercy Hospital and Clinics to provide your medical care. Our medical staff offers complete health care for your family.

Jeannett Wu, M.D.

is a board certified in Internal Medicine. She enjoys general pratice, providing care for all ages at the Sutherland and Paulina Mercy Medical Clinics.  She has special training that focuses on the prevention, diagnosis and management of chronic illnessess nad diseases.

Becky Wittrock, PA-C,
is a Certified Physician's Assistant. She specializes in Family Practice and has been providing care for the area at Paulina and Sutherland Clinics since 1985.

Appointments
Our health care providers are scheduled at our four clinics at various times. It is recommended to call ahead whenever possible to make an appointment. If you need to be seen the same day and your regular health care provider is not available, you will be offered an appointment with one of our other providers.

In Case of Emergency
If you have a life-threatening emergency, the ambulance will respond by call 911. For a minor emergency that occurs during office hours, please call the office. We will give you further instructions.
After office hours, one of our healthcare providers is on call at the Baum Harmon Mercy Hospital in Primghar. You can call the hospital at 712-957-2300 or toll free 888-842-3905. If you need to be seen by the provider on call, you will be directed to go to the emergency department.

Prescription Renewals
We suggest that you contact your pharmacy for a prescription renewal. Sometimes your prescription can be refilled without calling your doctor. The pharmacy will handle getting your prescription.
If you have a medication that cannot be refilled without returning to the doctor, please call ahead for an appointment before your medication runs out. Always bring your medications or a list of them when you come for an appointment.

Billing
You are requested to pay any amounts not covered by insurance at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Financial assistance is available upon application.
It is important that you bring your insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid card to each visit. Our staff will file your insurance for you. Please notify our office of any address or phone number changes.
