Our online patient portal, MyMercy, enables patients to conveniently access portions of their medical records and view test results. MyMercy is free to use, simple to sign-up for and is completely secure. Only you and your care team will have access to your private health information.

Beginning May 8, 2019, MercyOne Primghar Medical Center will be updating the security of MyMercy where you access your medical records. This update will provide a better user experience and enhanced security. To access your medical records, you must create a new account here.

NextGen Clinic Patient Portal is now available at several MercyOne clinics. The NextGen Patient Portal allows you to connect with your doctor or primary care provider at a time that works best for you. Request an appointment, communicate with your doctor's office and get health information online. To sign up, visit your medical clinic's office. Having trouble logging in? Click here for tips and troubleshooting. If you continue to have problems logging in, please call your clinic office. Do not call the Support Center number for the hospital patient portal.
